How long does an ID photo take?
The session runs 30 minutes, including pre-shoot care (face mask and foot massage), makeup and hair styling. Prints are collected at the studio right after the session.
Are your photos compliant for CCCD and visas?
Yes. We advise on dimensions, backdrop and face ratio for every document type: CCCD, passport, visa, notarized files or residency paperwork.
Do I need to book in advance?
Not required. You can walk in at any of our three studios in Hanoi, HCMC D.10 or HCMC D.3 between 8 AM and 8 PM. To skip the wait, call our hotline at (+84) 775 243 530 to reserve a slot.
Do I receive digital files?
Yes. After the session, we deliver high-resolution files via email or Zalo so you can use them for online submissions.
Can foreign nationals get document photos here?
Yes. Our administrative ID package serves foreign clients needing photos for visas, residency, work permits, banking or personal documents in Vietnam.
Will retouching alter my identifying features?
No. We only touch up minor imperfections such as blemishes, uneven skin tone or clothing marks — never the structure of the face, eyes, nose, mouth or other identifying features.
